**Job Overview:** We seek a skilled Luxury Interior Space Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency, and a passion for creating inspiring interior spaces. As an Interior Design Drafter at 32ND, you'll transform design concepts into precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop preliminary design concepts and layouts.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Prepare material and finish specifications, schedules, and quantities as required.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to implement design plans.
  • Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project stakeholder input.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Design Draftsman or similar role in the interior design or architecture industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
