As a Sr. PPC Specialist at SynapseIndia, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords Search, Display & Video, and Facebook.

Your primary goal will be to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns, create compelling ad copies, and design effective landing pages to enhance campaign conversion rates.

To achieve this, you will implement bidding strategies and adjustments based on performance data to optimize campaign spending and deliver cost-effective results.

You will also monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

In addition, you will maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone calls to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook and Google Adwords.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copies and design effective landing pages to enhance campaign conversion rates.
  • Implement bidding strategies and adjustments based on performance data to optimize campaign spending and deliver cost-effective results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in overseeing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms like Facebook.
  • Proficiency in setting up, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across diverse campaign types.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Rigorous analytical abilities and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with bid management tools, keyword research resources, and other PPC software applications.
  • Good communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication, with the capacity to elucidate intricate concepts and performance metrics to clients and stakeholders.
