As a key financial leader, you will oversee and direct all aspects of our organization's finance operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the management of vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance by filing and paying GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Conduct thorough financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to maintain a stable financial health.
  • Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial processes using ERP systems.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and driving organizational success.
