Marketing Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, marketing tools, and business acumen.

The role requires:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from various marketing channels.
  • Building dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Developing predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
