As a pivotal figure in driving operational efficiency and business growth, you will oversee various aspects of supply chain management, from data analytics to team leadership.

About the Role:

  • Data Analytics: Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements across the supply chain.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop accurate forecasts and inventory planning strategies.
  • Financial Understanding: Monitor financial metrics and resources to ensure effective allocation and cost control.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee working capital and financial resources to support sustainable growth.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize costs across the supply chain and operations.
  • Supply Chain Integration: Foster seamless logistics operations and timely delivery through collaboration with third-party partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, preferably in ecommerce or retail environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and demand planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Prior experience in supply chain management and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align operations with business goals.
