Supply Chain Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager with expertise in E-commerce operations, supply chain management, and digital transformation to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strategic planning, and procurement, combined with strong project management and digital transformation skills. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, from demand planning to order fulfillment, driving overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Planning & Operations:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure optimal inventory levels, and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage purchasing activities to meet service level targets while optimizing working capital.
  • Lead procurement strategies for key product categories, ensuring cost optimization, timely deliveries, and strong supplier relationships.
  • Oversee contract formulation, pricing strategy, and negotiations with vendors to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms for the organization.
  • Manage vendor performance and drive supplier capability assessments, ensuring quality and reliability standards are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost.
  • Implement operational best practices and monitor key metrics such as Order Fill Rate (OTIF), capacity utilization, and lead time reduction.
  • Lead teams to solve complex business problems and deliver significant ROI improvements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in supply chain management, particularly in E-commerce operations and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP MM, PP SD, MS D365 F&O, WMS, and transport management.
  • Experience in industries such as consumer goods, electronics, kitchen appliances, and manufacturing.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Analytics, Quality Control, or Project Management.
