Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage monthly closes and oversee full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks or similar. This role involves record keeping, tracking interest, fee, and equity income across structured deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end financial reporting and compliance
  • Review financials from 1–5 portfolio companies and flag variances
  • Ensure GAAP-compliant reporting across multiple industries
  • Standardize reporting templates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct fund accounting experience (private equity, private debt, or fund admin required)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
  • Ability to manage both fund-level and portfolio-level reporting
  • CPA preferred
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms
