Job Description

We're looking for a UI/UX designer who wants to build a startup from scratch, not just design screens. Someone excited to create experiences, think end-to-end, and grow with our product.

You will:

  • Design intuitive, delightful user experiences for our employee app, coach platform, and employer dashboard.
  • Translate our vision into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong UI/UX skills, a portfolio showcasing problem solving + design thinking, and is excited by early-stage startup challenges.
