**Job Title:** Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX designer to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering outstanding user experiences across digital platforms. He/she will work closely with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

The role involves conducting user research and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions. A solid portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and user-centered design principles is essential.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD and up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements:

  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and user-centered design principles.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in Agile development processes.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
