Role Overview

We're seeking an innovative Power BI UI/UX designer who can elevate our dashboards and reports to new heights. This role focuses on crafting engaging, user-friendly, and intuitive experiences that showcase data insights in a compelling way.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI/UX design principles, data visualization, and Power BI customization, ensuring every dashboard is both aesthetically pleasing and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to create dashboards that are easy to navigate and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to deliver impactful user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and design guidelines.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
