Performance Marketing Leader (Meta Ads)

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead our Meta Ads campaigns and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve high performance and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Meta Ads campaign strategies to drive performance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data to optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to improve performance.

Budget Management

  • Oversee and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize ROI.
  • Forecast and adjust budgets based on performance, ensuring optimal ad spend allocation.

Creative Strategy & Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats (carousel, video, static, etc.).
  • Optimize creative assets for engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.

Reporting & Communication

  • Generate and present campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Align with clients/internal stakeholders on objectives, updates, and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Meta Ads Certification.
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, scaling startups or working with high-impact agencies.
  • Proven track record of delivering 3X+ ROAS and scaling campaigns contributing to $100M+ revenue growth.
