Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to handle paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram and manage our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and social media management.

Prior experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager).

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and define targeting strategies.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and track ROI for campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and prepare regular reports.

Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms.

Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and ensure consistent brand presence.

Respond to comments/messages and coordinate with customer care for leads.

Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and posts.

Stay updated with the latest Meta platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

Ensure campaigns comply with Meta ad policies, especially in healthcare and beauty domains.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads management.

Strong understanding of campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.

Good creative sense and ability to work with design/content teams.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
