Job Title: Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant

Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) compensation cloud consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and business process analysis. This includes end-to-end implementation of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities include modifying fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements, resolving issues during CRPs and UAT, and providing support on WFA related issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience working in a fast-paced environment and a strong background in Oracle Cloud Compensation applications.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful compensation plan implementations.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform compensation decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud Compensation applications and best practices.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
