We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who pairs exceptional visual craft with strategic thinking to lead the design of fan-facing experiences. You'll take ideas from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality, and create systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.
- Lead the design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
- Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned.
- Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
- Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
- Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
- Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
