Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead our multi-layered teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.
  • Closely work with the product team to optimize existing projects.
  • Handle general operations, including daily execution, volume growth, progress tracking, flagging issues, and daily reporting.
  • Analyze training needs and provide training to ensure skill development.
  • Regularly collect feedback from team members and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor team performance to achieve Key Results Areas (KRAs).
  • Mentor and motivate student workforce while demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Raise awareness about ongoing projects and their KPIs through regular reports.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing an operations team.

  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • A higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  • Relevant educational qualification and fluency in English and Hindi.
