Job Summary:

Necessary Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and MIS software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in guest relations or a related role.
