Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead process standardization, simplification, and automation across global operations. This individual will drive business value by streamlining transactional activities and ensuring consistent service delivery.

  • Lead global process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas.
  2. Develop and refine GPOM through continuous improvement.
  3. End-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on SAP experience to guide the service provider in improving efficiency.
  4. Understand vendor management and focus on improving vendor-related metrics.
  5. Identify opportunities for robotics process automation to create more efficiencies.
  6. Review and revise global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes.
  7. Engage with units to improve/sustain service delivery levels.
  8. Define and update Risk and Control matrix (RACM).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in F&A, or semi-qualified accountant with at least 8 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, exposure to senior finance teams, and remote team leadership.
  • Non-positional influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • English proficiency.
