System Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a System Support Engineer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the development of our services.

Job Description
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
  • Analyze and resolve mid-level and advanced technical problems.
  • Provide regular service overviews to customers.
  • Support incident managers in critical issue resolution.
  • Configure monitoring tools and automate common operational tasks.
  • Respond to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
  • Use a ticket system to track progress and provide status updates.
  • Research technical issues using internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with OEM and third-party support providers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Mid-level or advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE).
  • Relevant industry experience (5+ years) and a strong background in technical support.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and monitoring tool sets.
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems and server virtualization platforms.
