Role Overview

This role requires a talented Paid Social Manager to join our client's team, a digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, ensuring effective communication with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop targeted audience strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate expertise in clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
