Chief Financial Planning Officer

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader will drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of financial metrics and business drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
For this position, we are seeking candidates with:
- 14-16 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
- CA - First /Second Attempt.
