Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete knowledge of import and export procedures, including documentation requirements.
  • Monitor exports pre- and post-export, ensuring timely communication with clients.
  • Resolve queries from shippers and attend to consignees/exporters inquiries regarding shipment status, vessel arrival/departure, etc.
  • Verify Bill of Lading contents against Shipping Bills.
  • Raise debit notes according to agreed freight at the time of booking.
  • Finalize and issue verified Bill of Lading to clients upon collection of proceeds.
  • Provide manifest details to local CS dept./HO Docs dept. in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of import and export regulations.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
