You will assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute complex technical programs from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies with teams.
  • Track project progress and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and improve team processes and workflows.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is beneficial.
