- Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Support: Deliver exceptional end-to-end implementation and support projects for Employee Central Solution.
- Business Requirements Definition: Define business requirements and perform thorough fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
- HCM Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and facilitate seamless migration to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
- System Configuration: Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution.
- Data Modeling and XML Knowledge: Possess hands-on experience with all data models and demonstrate excellent knowledge of XML.
- MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and Workflows: Have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
- Time-Off and EC Payroll: Have experience working on Time-Off and EC payroll.
- Configuration and Translation: Configure systems according to solution design & configuration workbook/business blueprint, translate expertise, and upload translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
- Test Case Preparation and Execution: Prepare and execute test cases/test plans/test scripts.
- Learning Ability: Possess strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
