Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR leader to manage our Human Resources function.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup, and the ability to align people practices with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
- Manage industrial relations and maintain strong relationships with union representatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
- Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce optimization.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management is required.
Strong educational background and knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance are essential.
