Enhancing Total Rewards Strategy
We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy within the Total Rewards function in Human Resources. This role will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for executing and communicating the pre-determined strategy while working with senior stakeholders across various levels.
The Role
- Lead the execution of the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required.
- Oversee program socialization activities, including communication with senior business leaders.
- Collaborate with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
- Coordinate project status updates for leadership through effective stakeholder management planning and delivery.
The Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organizations.
- Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
- Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite).
- Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas, present information in an engaging way to senior leaders, and prepare clear, concise, and effective stakeholder materials.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to solving problems, anticipating challenges, and executing tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of the programs.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours.
Desirable:
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union/works council considerations.
- Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organization.
- Degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
