Job Title: Deputy Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax audit, TDS return, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Audit: Conduct thorough audits of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • TDS Return: Prepare and file accurate TDS returns on time.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure all tax-related activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD: Prepare and file these forms as required.
  • Income Tax Return (ITR): Prepare and file accurate ITRs.
  • TDS Provisions: Understand and apply TDS provisions accurately.
  • Income Tax Regulations: Stay up-to-date with income tax regulations and apply them correctly.
  • Corporate Tax Audits: Conduct thorough audits of corporate tax returns.
  • Monthly TDS payment calculations & payments: Calculate and make timely TDS payments.
  • Quarterly TDS Return Filing: File accurate quarterly TDS returns.
  • Quarterly Advance Tax Calculations: Calculate and pay advance tax as required.
  • Preparing and Filing ITR: Prepare and file accurate ITRs.
  • Preparing Current Tax and Deferred Tax Workings: Perform current and deferred tax workings.
  • Form 26AS vs TDS reco: Verify Form 26AS against TDS records.
  • Handling Litigation matters: Handle tax litigation matters professionally.
  • Filing form 15CA/CB: File form 15CA/CB as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sound knowledge of TDS provisions, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing audit and tax litigation.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in handling tax audit, Transfer pricing audit, TDS matter and tax litigations.
