Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Partner to join our team. As a Business Growth Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

Your primary objective will be to increase business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.

To achieve this, you will need to provide excellent customer service, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.

You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
