Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive QA tester with hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) across both Front-End and Back-End, and a strong understanding of Business Manager operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating e-commerce functionalities, collaborating with development teams, and managing configurations directly within Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing of SFCC implementations, including user flows, checkout, integrations, and performance.
  • Configure and test promotions, coupons, and campaign rules.
  • Manage catalogs, products, pricing, and merchandising settings.
  • Monitor orders, customer data, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with FE/BE developers to identify, report, and resolve bugs.
  • Write and maintain detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
  • Conduct regression, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
  • Validate integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways).

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in testing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Business Manager and its configuration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management platforms (e.g., Zephir).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestCaf- ).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • SFCC certifications.
