Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled 
Salesforce CPQ QA Lead
 to lead the testing efforts for our Salesforce CPQ implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce QA processes, strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality, and the ability to define test strategies, lead QA teams, and ensure high-quality releases in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the QA strategy, test plan, and test case design for Salesforce CPQ features and enhancements.
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts across Salesforce CPQ modules including product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure requirements are testable and implemented correctly.
  • Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Drive test automation initiatives for CPQ using appropriate frameworks and tools.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of test progress, results, and issues.
  • Manage QA resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance and quality metrics.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce release management best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Deep understanding of CPQ processes: product bundles, price rules, discounting, quote templates, approvals.
  • Experience with Salesforce testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Test Automation tools) preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong experience using QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
  • Salesforce Admin or QA Automation Certification.
  • Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman) and Salesforce data validation (SOQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with integrations to ERP/Billing systems.
