Main Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term strategies and annual plans for programme themes by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of select programmes to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with agreed goals.
  • Build strong relationships with implementing agencies, knowledge partners and peer organisations to strengthen programme outcomes.
  • Mentor mid-level team members to help them grow into leadership roles while promoting a collaborative culture that values learning and accountability.
  • Establish effective systems for tracking progress, capturing lessons and adapting strategies to drive organisational growth.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in social sciences, development studies, public policy or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 12–15 years of relevant experience in programme design, management or evaluation within the development sector, including experience in leadership roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to develop and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships, excellent communication and analytical abilities, demonstrated capacity to think strategically and translate plans into results, and ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and social contexts.
