Job Summary:

SailPoint IIQ Administrators are responsible for the implementation and management of SailPoint IIQ solutions. This role requires expertise in identity and access governance, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement SailPoint IIQ solutions to meet client requirements
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications and integrate with core systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint IIQ
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint IIQ's capabilities to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
