About This Role
  • Prepare annual budgets and analyze expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Develop long-term financial plans.
  • Oversee reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Manage operational financial controls including revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking.
  • Work with business to better understand pipeline and impact on forecast with support of the CRM.
  • Manage complex financial data.
  • Provide strategic advice to local market directors, offering financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modeling and analysis.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
  • Challenge and influence operational stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
