Job Opportunity: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Skill Requirements:

  • ERP/accounting software experience (D365, Adaptive, Blackline preferable)
  • Process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
