Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for championing customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional experiences. Your role will involve defining a future state vision for customer experience and developing strategies to achieve it.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the capabilities required to deliver desired customer experiences. This includes analyzing voice of the customer and behavioral information to understand why customers are satisfied or dissatisfied.

Key responsibilities will include designing customer experiences that reflect best practices, translating high-level design into actionable plans, and executing CE assessments and gap analyses. You will also produce customer experience life cycle and touch-point maps.

Additionally, you will proactively work to improve services and governance, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Others

A university degree in engineering is preferred, and at least 7-8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in the telecom domain and 4 years in a customer-facing role. A good level of practiced technical knowledge of networks, voice, security, etc., with market understanding is also essential.
