Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our founder, ensuring seamless execution across various business aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via email within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Coordinate and maintain the brand calendar for sales, launches, and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with freelancers (editors, photographers, content creators) on project basis
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with website updates
  • Facilitate influencer and brand partnerships, along with follow-ups
  • Prepare weekly reports on customer interactions, stock levels, and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or executive assistant roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
