Job Title: Customer Service and Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with allocated customers.
  • Ensure retention of assigned customer base.
  • Act as single point of contact for customers.
  • Identify financial goals of customers and provide financial planning assistance.
  • Conduct competition analysis to give professional advice to customers.
  • Set daily appointments from the given customer database.
Sales Goals:
  • Foster cross-sell & up-sell opportunities in assigned customers.
  • Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards.
Measures of Success:
  • Adhere to TAT requirements for updating CRM Next.
  • Meet or exceed cross-sell/up-sell business goals monthly.
  • Collect payment/premium from days due policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints/satisfaction issues.
  • Achieve retention targets.
  • Conduct at least 45 unique customer meetings monthly.
  • Attend work more than 90% of total working days.
  • Score >=80% in functional trainings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months exposure to Life Insurance.
  • Age between 25-30 years.
  • Must own a vehicle.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Process-oriented thinking.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Good communication skills (English and regional language).
