Job Role: Financial Operations Specialist

A key aspect of this role is handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.

This position requires a strong organizational skillset and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Support timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or post-graduate from a commerce background with basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and relevant tax laws. They should have working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.
