UCCE and Release Management Expert

Job Overview:

As a highly skilled UCCE and release management professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cisco Voice network. With your expertise, you will troubleshoot complex issues, perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, and serve as a point of contact for all service delivery issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Experience: Providing high-level support on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting, MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms, clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborating with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintaining and updating Knowledge Base and documentation and initiating process improvements.
  • Teamwork: Providing team support and process improvements through individual contributions.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice communication skills.
