  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and IT skills.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Experience in product development and product commercialization processes.
  • Knowledge of competitor, customer, and supplier ecosystems to build product portfolio roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of internal capabilities, limitations, and people ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of product life cycles at converters and end-users.
