Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into SAP HCM solutions. This involves analyzing complex needs and developing targeted strategies to meet them.

  • Configure and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to optimize current processes and systems.
  • Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
  • Work effectively with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Lead or support testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP HCM innovations and best practices to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Additionally, 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment is crucial.
