We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Citrix Architect. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud, as well as Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and virtual networks.
Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end virtual desktop solutions, integrating Citrix products with Azure virtual desktop services, configuring and managing Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage, and implementing identity and access management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience as a Citrix Architect or similar role, designing and implementing virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and virtual networks.
- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud.
- Experience in network design, including connectivity options, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices, data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for virtual desktop environments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
