API Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled API integration specialist to lead end-to-end integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement API integration strategies to support business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define, document, and communicate integration requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless interactions and optimal results.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts to drive business success.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong expertise in API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
