Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technology team as a Technical Architect.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers, managers, and stakeholders to define the technical architecture for our ecosystem, including Salesforce and custom applications.
- Ensure seamless integration across systems, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.
- Align architecture with business needs through partnership with global stakeholders.
- Evaluate technologies, tools, and frameworks to support evolving product requirements.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and blueprints.
- Drive architecture governance, ensuring documentation, security, and compliance in technical solutions.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in an architect role.
- Strong background in application integration, enterprise architecture, and API-first design.
- Experience working with Salesforce and integrating it with external boundary systems.
- Proficiency in designing cloud-based solutions, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of modern integration technologies (REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in at least one modern backend language (Java, C#, Python, Node.js).
