Chief Technology Officer Job Description

We are looking for a visionary CTO to drive our technology strategy and execute on our ambitious vision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge systems that power homecare fulfillment.

  • Solution Architecture: Develop and deploy AI/ML pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Lifecycle Management: Own the lifecycle of large language models – fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • Automation Expertise: Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
  • Compliance: Ensure systems meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from inception.

We require a seasoned software engineer with 6+ years of experience, strong exposure to AI/ML in production, and expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment. Your skills should include Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS). Additionally, you should have knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.
