Job Title: Business Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

The role involves analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. It also includes developing and executing strategic partnership plans, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation, as well as finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and establish contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants.
  • Business Development: Provide information about Tata AIA and AIG and business opportunities for them.
  • Partnership Acquisition: Convince them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners.
  • Onboarding and Training: Complete documentation, training, schedule their exam, and complete onboarding.
  • New Business Growth: Help them commence their initial business.
  • Digital Marketing: Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Finance, Wealth Management, and Insurance industry awareness.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
