Well Control and IADC Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer to deliver well control and well sharp courses onsite and virtually.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to upskill and deliver advanced oil & gas courses.

Collaboration with global training sites and instructors is expected.

The position can be based in Chennai or Dubai, and we welcome applications from candidates in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses
  • Maintain oil & gas course materials

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses and relevant certifications

We are looking for an instructor with strong design and development skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to design and develop new training programs
  • Skilled in delivering key points of information to diverse groups
  • Highly organized with successful time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
