Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Manager to spearhead the strategic management of skilling initiatives across designated clusters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive skilling programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive timely delivery of key project milestones, encompassing community outreach, employer partnerships, enrollments, placements, and job retention through allocated skilling centers.
  • Conduct market assessments to stay abreast of labor market trends, informing strategies for existing programs or proposing innovative initiatives.
  • Oversee project site identification and setup activities, guaranteeing adherence to agreed timelines and standards.
  • Maintain rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes to assess project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data reporting for assigned cluster, upholding transparency and accountability.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders, including community leaders and other agencies, to support program objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Livelihoods Division and Sustainability Team, to ensure seamless alignment and support for program activities.
  • Promote mobilization and outreach efforts to engage effectively with communities and youth.
  • Drive placement and employer-connect initiatives, securing strong partnerships and employment opportunities for program participants.
  • Mentor and coach staff across assigned skilling centers to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing staff capabilities and program delivery.
  • Support senior leadership with mandatory reporting activities by preparing and sharing periodic performance reports for assigned city/cluster.
  • Guarantee full compliance with project hygiene and governance indicators, maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
