Senior Cluster Manager

This is a senior management role that oversees the performance of a cluster of branches within a banking organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:- Cluster Performance Management: Oversee the financial performance of the cluster, ensuring it meets the set targets and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the cluster's performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that the cluster operates within the set policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- Experience: At least 14 years of experience in banking and financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and laws.
