Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of integration projects.

  • Project Execution:
    • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Skillset:
    • Possess a deep understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS, etc.
  • Leadership:
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process:
    • Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Effectively allocate and manage project resources including team members, budget, and technology assets to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and system integration.
