Job Title: Senior Director

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the development of complex data science projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  2. Lead a globally distributed team of analysts, providing guidance and oversight to optimize work processes and outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with global leaders to foster a healthy team environment and address HR-related matters.
  4. Develop and maintain data lakes to accelerate delivery and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
  2. Post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.
  3. At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams that work in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly Data Science and Data Engineering oriented.
  4. Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
